Nine players has now completed their first round on Saturday 18th June. They progressed their final round at the half way and they could not play on because of waterlogged greens so they were unable to complete their final round which had been re-arranged for Saturday 13th August.
On Saturday 13th August, the course was closed because the course was waterlogged, and it has been re-arranged again for Saturday 17th September.
At last, seven players has managed to complete their final round on Saturday 17th September.
This tournament shall be the final individual event of 2011 to be counted for the Order of Merit

Format of the National Championships
The Championships shall comprise of the morning round of 18 holes of stroke play and the afternoon round of 18 holes of stroke play. The selected course shall be the minimum of 6000 yards from Medal Tees in Scotland. Power trolleys are allowed, but electric buggies are NOT allowed unless a player has a medical certificate.
The order of play for the Championships shall be the lowest handicap players starting first.
Each player shall be entitled to one best trophy or runner-up only.
Playing Handicap
If you are a member of your home club affiliated to Scottish Golf Union, you must follow your home club handicap.
If you have no home clubs, the SDGA shall confirm your playing handicap.
1st Class Scratch & Handicap Championships
The Championships shall be the handicap limit of 14 (exact 14.4 or lower).
The player with the lowest gross score after two rounds of 18 holes shall be awarded the 1st Class Scratch Champion Trophy plus a prize. The runner-up shall also be awarded a prize.
The player with the lowest net score after two rounds of 18 holes shall be awarded the 1st Class Handicap Champion Trophy plus a prize. The runner-up shall also be awarded a prize.
If a player winning both 1st Class Scratch and Handicap Championships shall only receive the 1st Class Scratch Trophy, and the 1st Class Handicap Trophy shall be awarded to the player with the second lowest net score.
2nd Class Scratch & Handicap Championships
The Championships shall be over the handicap of 15 (exact 14.5 or higher).
The player with the lowest gross score after two rounds of 18 holes shall be awarded the 2nd Class Scratch Champion Trophy plus a prize. The runner-up shall also be awarded a prize.
The player with the lowest net score after two rounds of 18 holes shall be awarded the 2nd Class Handicap Champion Trophy plus a prize. The runner-up shall also be awarded a prize.
If a player winning both 1st Class Scratch and Handicap Championships shall only receive the 2nd Class Scratch Trophy, and the 2nd Class Handicap Trophy shall be awarded to the player with the second lowest net score.
Seniors Championship
A player must be of an age of 50 years or older to play in the Championship, which shall be the morning 18 holes of stroke play.
The player with the lowest net score shall be awarded the Seniors Champion Trophy plus a prize.
Additional Prizes
The winners of the Nearest the Pin on a selected par 3 in the first round and in the second round shall be both awarded a prize. The ball must land on the green from the tee drive.
The winner of the Longest Drive on a selected par 5 in the first round and in the second round shall both be awarded a prize. The ball has to land on the fairway after the tee drive.
A player scoring 2 at any hole on the card, a player shall be awarded a Magic Two prize.
